No matter what kind of shape you're in, or what kind of surfer you are, we get you in shape to surf powerfully and confidently. If you're a novice or, an experienced surfer, weekend warrior or like me a 2-3 trip a year warrior, we can help. Now that I'm a father and living in NY City I'm only able to surf 2-3 times a year when I take trips. Fit2Surf has helped me mentally and physically stay in shape for surfing.

  • Are you tired of going to the Gym? Wondering what you are doing there when you'd rather be surfing? Well I can't magically transport you to the ocean, but I can get you in shape for surfing no matter what your age or ability.
  • I've been surfing for 30 years and am certified to teach Yoga, Pilates, and Kettlebells and have been training with the Vasa Ergometer for 5 years.
  • We focus on making your paddling, duckdiving and transitions to stand up, as effortless as possible through hard work and training.
  • Typical Workout: 1200 meters of interval training on the Vasa swim trainer interspersed with different balancing and transitional drills
