a 2-3 trip a year warrior, we can help. Now that I'm a father and living in NY City I'm only able to surf 2-3 times

been surfing for 30 years and am certified to teach Yoga, Pilates, and Kettlebells and have been training with the Vasa Ergometer
for 5 years.
- We focus on making your paddling, duckdiving and transitions to stand up, as effortless as possible through
hard work and training.
- Typical Workout: 1200 meters of interval training on the Vasa swim trainer interspersed with
different balancing and transitional drills
